Getting to know the management team
About us
The management team is comprised of technical experts in the areas of millimeter waves and radar detection. A diverse team with vast international experiences, the team members are knowledgeable in technology, finance, operations, sales, and human resources administration. The team will be led by Ali Farahbakhsh as the CEO, Fatemeh Dayoush as the Head of Operations and Fatemeh Tabataie as the Head of Finance and Human Resources Manager.
Management Vision
Radars have a great aspect which is giving the vision ability to a device without violation of privacy. Therefore, millimeter wave civil radars have a brilliant future and hopefully, they will be used in every device such as mobile phones, home robots and others. The entry point of our company to the radar markets is contact-less ECG monitoring device. But our vision is to become the best and biggest civil radar company in Canada and north America by bringing radar technology to different areas
Management Mission
We aim to improve the wellbeing and health of individuals suffering from various diagnosis. Through the application of non-invasive technology this can be accomplished with the elimination of invasive devices that serve similar purposes. We aim to minimize the financial burden of healthcare in Canada by improve the ability of medical practitioners to diagnose and monitor health of patients, while simultaneously helping the patients monitor their own health.
chief Executive Officer
He will be responsible for the research and development of the CaCiRa product, along with project management. His expertise in the areas of wavelength technology and its application will be vital for the successful development of the CaCiRa products and services.
Head of Operations
She will oversee the day to day operations of the company. Oversee the assembly/testing departments. She will track progress and report to the CEO and provide recommendations for policy improvements aimed at improving the CaCiRa products and processes. She will also oversee the resource allocation of departments.
Head of Finance
With CaCiRa, he will oversee the finance department of the company, including budgeting and planning. He will also be responsible for sourcing and negotiating the term of the products used in the CaCiRa operations. He will also ensure compliance to regulations and company financial policies while reporting to the CEO.
Head of Marketing and Human Resources
Her responsibilities with CaCiRa include developing and executing the marketing strategy, communicating with customers, and negotiating terms with customers. She will also oversee the human resources of the company including hiring and training.
